Hi, this is malinablue, the one you asked about the black swan painting. Sorry to take so long to get back to you...The artist's name is William Degouve de Nuncques. He also has a really amazing painting of an ice grotto. Let me know if you find a print anywhere!

I love that swan picture too. It's by a Symbolist painter, either a Russian Symbolist or some other European Symbolist. I came across it in one of the books I own on the Symbolists, but I cannot recall the artist's name. I can find out for you, but it will have to wait for a day or so as I am so very busy at present. I would love to hang it in my room too. When I first found it, I went to all the sites that will reproduce paintings on canvas and tried to find it to no avail. I was tempted to commission if from one of those reproduction sites, but I was unsure if it would be anywhere as nice. I couldn't find any prints of it available either. So when I get you the name, if ever you find a print, please let me know too!
